Parker, Named as one of HBJ’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2012

Now in its fourth year, HBJ’s 40 Under 40 designation honors Houston business leaders under age 40 who contribute to their industries and community in an impressive way. Of the more than 200 applicants, the judges selected 40 individuals who stood out for their accomplishments and the impact they are making in the Houston community.

Corbett Parker, Senior Associate Attorney at Pagel, Davis & Hill PC and Councilman for Bellaire was part of the Class of 2012. Here are some details about Corbett:

Age: 31

A native Houstonian, Parker is the youngest councilman to serve on the Bellaire City Council — a position he was elected to in 2010. He’s also the founder of the Rotary Club of Houston Skyline and a director on the Houston Dynamos Charities board. After studying at Pepperdine University School of Law in California and gaining a master of law degree in Amsterdam, Parker returned to Houston to be part of a city he says “continues to lead the nation in both economic opportunity and heart to serve.”
