PDH Welcomes New Shareholder

PDH is pleased to announce that Michael A. Harris has become a shareholder in the firm. Mr. Harris joined PDH in the spring of 2005 and since that time has been a member of the firm’s litigation section, focusing on complex commercial litigation and an appellate practice. His experience includes representing clients on a broad array of issues, including appeals to all levels of State and Federal Appellate Courts, Perishable Agriculture Commodity Act (PACA) litigation, construction litigation, and general business litigation, among others.

Mr. Harris is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Texas, as well as before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.

PDH is also pleased to announce the addition of Juvie Cruz, formerly of Sheehy, Ware & Pappas, P.C., as an associate of the firm. Ms. Cruz joins the firm’s litigation section, led by managing shareholder Martyn B. Hill, and will focus on the areas of construction and commercial litigation, as well as OSHA matters. Ms. Cruz is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Texas. Ms. Cruz is also a member of and serves the Asian American Bar Association of Houston as its Vice-President of Development.
