Pagel, Davis & Hill, P.C. is pleased to welcome new Associate Attorney RAPHAEL QIU to its Commercial Litigation Section.
Raphael will primarily provide services to PDH Law’s homeowners association clients regarding disputes and collections, and provide commercial litigation services to other clients.
Prior to joining, Raphael primarily handled personal injury, premises liability, and toxic tort cases in addition to business litigation and transactions. Raphael has successfully defended personal injury and premises liability cases for companies like ExxonMobil Corporation, Nissan, Mitubishi, and Toyota. He has also helped them to settle cases for substantially less than the estimated damage value.
Raphael is fluent in Mandarin, conversationally proficient in French, and learning Spanish. In addition to the US, Raphael has also lived in China and Canada. Therefore, he is actively developing his international litigation and arbitration experience with PDH Law.
Raphael is a member of Houston Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.
In his spare time, Raphael enjoys working out, basketball, reading, and watching action films and TV shows.
