Gene Wu is an elected State Representative in the Texas Legislature (4th Term) and practicing trial attorney who serves as OF Counsel to PDH. Representative Wu divides his time managing the state’s affairs and representing litigants in court. He currently manages the state’s budget on the House Appropriations Committee and regulates banking and other financial institutions on the Pensions, Investments & Financial Services Committee. In private practice, Wu uses his years of experience as a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to provide distinguished representation as a trial counsel. He handles litigation matters from across the spectrum, but is specialized in representing children in Child Protective Services (CPS) cases and Juvenile Delinquency (criminal) cases.
