Joseph D. Scott is an Associate Attorney in PDH’s Corporate Transactional Practice focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and general business transactional work. By working with small and large business clients, Joseph has built familiarity with a wide range of legal services to help businesses start operations, facilitate strategic acquisitions, and navigate legal problems that arise in everyday operations. Joseph’s MBA degree provided him with a strong financial background and training allowing Joseph to assist clients in staying focused on the bottom line in strategic decision-making.
